Breakfast exceeded expectations. Very tasty, presented cleanly, aesthetically. the rooms are clean. Only, it would be good if the room and closet were ventilated before the arrival of the residents. Convenient location. For those looking for peace, I do not recommend choosing a room with a sea view or you will have to close the balcony door and close the blinds at night. The clubs in front have their own sound. But, in any case, the view from the balcony is amazing.

Very small elevator. I'm afraid of getting stuck. There is no sound insulation. I was very surprised that no drinking water was provided. We weren't ready for that.

Location 100m from the beach, open view to the sea. Clean, bright room with a balcony, the sunrise can be seen from the bed. Very good breakfast served in a beautiful garden. Customer-oriented, friendly and multilingual staff. Parking space in the hotel parking lot.

Wonderful

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast, rooms were clean and the location of the hotel was awsome! Also, you could rent bikes for free which was very parctical.

The breakfast could've gone a bit longer than 10.30 :) Furthermore the rooms weren't really soundproof so you could hear most that was going on next to you or in the room above yours.

An OK place to spend a couple of days next to the beach

Nice location, the city center reachable by a 20 min walk or by bus, the train station as well; a paid beach right next to the hotel and a free beach in 5 minutes. Breakfast in the open courtyard is nice

No proper gym, only a couple of tiny windowless rooms with a treadmill, an elliptical, a stationary bike and a very tired 'all in one' machine. No space for bodyweight work, no free weights. The hotel pool is tiny

Wonderful choice for a stay!

A beautiful romantic room, clean and cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable! Good breakfast, a splendid terrace restaurant, as well as all the rest of facilities. The hotel building is renovated old one, and it makes it even more chique and charming.

Our room was some smaller as we expected, pretty tight. If one plans a long stay, I would recommend to take care about the bigger room (hotel has them).

Very good location and kind staff. The room was clean and was cleaned every day. Breakfast selection was good. A good option was to pay at the hotel for the use of the beach. We enjoyed spending time at the beach. There are many restaurants nearby.

Air condition sistem didn’t work all our stay and this was the biggest issue. Outside was +32 +34 degrees and inside was no air. In room was a fan, but with it can’t fix the problem. Because if that we can’t enjoy our time in hotel.

Amazing sea view and Delicious Brakfast.

Really nice sea view. Room size acceptable. Shower - too small. Stuff - very polite. Very clean. Waiters (the breakfast serving waiters - only meet them) - extremely polite and welcoming/helpful. Breakfast is served in a very nice garden - loved the tables and chairs.

The shower was too small. Not sure if the size was the issue, or the access to it, and the position in the bathroom. Other than that, the bathroom size was fine.

Good experience

Very clean, extremely comfortable bed. Nice staff, but not all understood English well. They were helpful when we needed something. Great location, close to everything. Ok breakfast, but very simple, mostly cakes.

The fridge is not cold. Communication in English was sometimes difficult, depending on staff. Can be a bit noisy late at night from the bars close by, and also in the morning when they were cleaning/vacuuming rooms next door.

The stay was pleasant. I would come back here again.

Breakfast is very tasty and varied, you can eat it in the garden or inside. The room is a comfortable size, a large double bed, two pillows per person. The hotel is very close to the sea, the park and the coast. Only 5 km by bike to the exhibition halls. Calm surroundings.

One morning there was no hot water. The room was next to the elevator, there was a little noise from it.

Great. Would repeat!

Staff is the highlight of this hotel. Kind and always going the extra mile to help. Breakfast was great: a buffet where I cannot think of anything missing. We could sit in the garden which was great. The room was comfortable and very clean. Also it was cleaned quite early in the morning. The temperature in the room was fine for me but my husband wanted it cooler. However the air con can only be managed by the Reception and we did not bother to phone them up. We enjoyed our stay and would repeat the experience. The location is also great: only need to cross a street to be on the beach and is about 15-20 mins walking from the city center but there is no need to walk to the city seen the vibrant life on the seaside. Also, bus 11 passes every 15 mins and the stop is 5 mins walking from the hotel.

If really I need to find something, I would say that it would be nice to have a laundry hanger for the swimming dresses either on the balcony or in the shower.

Very luxurious hotel for an ordinary people

The room we had was one of the best rooms they had. It were clean and cleaned every day, there is lots of storage to put your stuff and a safetybox. The view we had (with balcony) was amazing: straight to sea and nothing was blocking it! The bed was comfy and we had a couple good night sleeps in it. To the beach is a two minute walk and in frontdesk you'd get the beach amenities. They'd help you even get a spot from the beach. Breakfast had a wide selection of salty and sweet and the coffee was amazing. There is a pool too, but I didn't try it. The staff is really nice, professional, always helpful, they speak English very well and if we needed something, they made it happen! The restaurant was nice and had good food, we forgot to make a reservation, but still got the last table (we promised to be quick ;) ) They have a couple of gym equipments and spa also downstairs and you could get a sauna, massage and pool, even a hot tub. The outside of the hotel (garden) is nice, calm and well kept, there is a shaded couch also. If you had anything in your mind, you could ask it from any member of the staff and they would know and tell you. Don't hesitate to ask anything!

The breakfast table didn't have any labels on foods and allergens (my husband has a nut allergy and to me Italians put nuts everywhere). The tub in the room was quite small, but manageable (I think it's made for slim Italians) and the bathroom seemed like it didn't have ventilation for the humid air. The aircon broke on our last night and we stayed there just at the week when the temperature was even at night over 30. You could hear music into the room from the beach bars outside (but the room has good soundproofing compared to opening the balcony door, which made the music very loud), so to some people it could be disturbing, but we didn't have any problem, they would stop around 2 am. anyways. There weren't also as much information to English as in Italian. I would have liked more some brochures of the restaurants near the hotel, because you would have to go find some food during the daytime, and we didn't know the area at all so we relied on the Google, and the reviews in there from places was quite widely reviewed (from point of foreigners).

Overally good, but that one male receptionist really disappointed me

- Closeness to the beach - The receptionist Federica was really kind, she called me the doctor as I was feeling sick and dizzy, and also I’m very thankful for the lady who brought us the breakfast to the room

- The loud noise from the outside is really bothering if you are light sleeper, the music from the surrounding bar is loud till 4:30 am, so if you prefer peace and quiet, I do not recommend - Incredibly small shower - A lack of vegetables at breakfast (only tomatoes) - The one particular male receptionist (I do not know his name, unfortunately), but firstly, his English was not really good (which I accept as I came to the country that speaks Italian), but the fact that I called the reception at 6:15 am on 19 August 2023 to call me an ambulance and he did not call it??? I later call the reception again at 7:15 and they probably changed the shift as the other receptionist (Federica) answered me. The receptionist Federica then called the doctor (I do not comment that the doctor came at 13:30, which is almost 7 hours later than I initially called the reception, but ok). Then me and my mother decided to go home one day earlier as I was still feeling dizzy so I call the reception at 6:15 on 20 August 2023 to call me the taxi to airport. I came to the reception at cca 6:35 to do the check-out and asked about the taxi, the male receptionist said the taxi is busy and I am like “how do I get to airport right now”?? He should have called us that he is unable to catch the taxi or he could have tried different taxi companies. Then in front of us, he called the taxi and the taxi came in 3 minutes, interesting..

The breakfast was great! The location is near the beach. Around 3mins walk you are there. The room is also quiet if you are not on the beach side.
